Well i kind of understand, it is a fairly large company, lots of employees to take care of and be caught slacking off.
But it's starting to get on my nerves.
I do my job, i do it well, I think there's no need to be this controlling.
We need to inform of everything we do, even going to the bathroom, (some of us work remotely).
But hear me out, if I'm late one single second, there he is, the man himself asking why I'm not in “my section” and if something has happened.
I start working every morning at 8 am, and it's not great,this boss of ours interrupting my 8:03 morning piss.
Do you think he is micro managing us?
