My direct supervisor works 70hrs a week because they prioritizes work over personal health, is inefficient, and is up our boss’s ass. They regularly pressure me into working late, but they always work later. The last 2 Fridays they have lamented to me about how they have to interrupt their family time to work. Being regularly annoyed by them I feel angry like they are suggesting I work as much as they do to help them. I try to have compassion for their dumb dumb brain, but how do i address this. Current plan “if you are working too much you should go to our boss.” Would that even stop it?
