Title says it all. I worked those three hours, just forgot to clock out at the end of the day. They say they won’t fix it and docked me three hours of PTO.
Is this even legal? I live in the US in a state that has intense labor laws.
Edit: I’m in training still. My trainers said they wouldn’t fix it but I messaged the person who will be my manager once I’m out of training and she fixed it. Still BS that they were hoping I wouldn’t say anything.
