i work at a call center for a bank and management has implemented a policy we have to ask to leave our desks at all unless it’s for lunch. i find it very uncomfortable that i’m having every move policed and micro managed and having to ask to use the bathroom makes me very uncomfortable. my coworkers have all agreed that we are not going to be following that. we are all planning on saying something to hr because i’m questioning the legality of this policy.
