I’ve been working at this job for almost a year now and they have this family mentality that has become increasingly annoying. They plan staff meetings outside work hours and we are “paid” by having dinner bought… It’s also frowned upon to not want to be involved and socialize outside of work. They plan work bonding trips but we are paid less then competitors
