So I currently work in office from monday to friday and do not work weekends. I work a 9 hour shift including my 1hr of break. Well a new operation just came in and offers 1/5 more in terms of money but this one is a 12 hour shift with 1h30 of break time. The thing is you work 4 days in a row and get 4 days off in a row. Should I do it or stay where I am at? Thanks.
