Long story short, I was descriminated at work in the past few months, and when I raised a formal greivence to HR, in order to protect their interests they conducted a very lousy investigation and deemed that my claims of descrimination (disability and racial) does not have solid basis so they are dismissing it.
I know exactly what has went down and that 3 employees have colluded against me in this entire case.
I am thinking of suing them through a proper lawyer now, but I have not yet decided.
Before I do so I want to give these 3 employees same stress they have given me in the past few months, hence I want to send them an email right before leaving, telling them i am suing the compnay for descrimination.
My question is that can I write this email to them, i.e. can they SUE ME for writing this email to these people who have harrassed me by saying that I am now 'threatning' them?
