I (24f German) have a Problem i never thought i would have.
changed work,still in retail, but my Mental and Physical health got worse.
I was absent for one Month due to Back Problems.
I don't want to work there anymore, i want to change careers but they wont let me go.
If i quit myself i wont get money from the State for 3 Months.
I already have a Plan for a further education fulltime but i cant start it if i still work there.
Is there some way i dont know?
none of my friends can help me..
