Hello Antiworkers,
I'm in the minority for the most part here as I don't mind my job and they pay me fairly well for the work I do. The problem is I know they can pay me more so my annual review is coming up (this company's end of the fiscal year is May) and I want to talk to my boss about a raise. I've only been with this boss around 9 months as my previous boss go promoed to a director position. I need some suggestions on what to bring up besides the billions of dollars in profits my sector alone generates to get this raise. The other problem is this raise is a substantial amount because I know I'm being paid under what the “market value” is based on my experience. Thanks for any and all advice given!
