I know this isn't very on topic but i feel other people in this sub may be able to help me.
So long story short shortly after i graduated in business economics i started working at my family's company as at the time they were in need of a financial reorganization.
I feel fullfilled working there, however after long conversations with the rest of the members we came to the conclusion that it wasn't sustainable for me to work there full time at the time being as most times they couldn't pay me in full etc etc.. I decided that i would get a job in my area and help the company part time as it is a very feasible thing to do ( It's a small scale comapny at this time)
However i now need to justify to the interviewers why I'm leaving my family's business in pursuit of a new job. I don't really know if i should tell the truth. What should i say?
