After running a warehouse for an extremely extended amount of time, I was made the manager finally. With that promotion I can now start to hire people to train into my old position. It’s hard work, and can sometimes be long hours. Is 18 an hour a good place to start my new employees, or should I push management to offer incentives and a higher starting wage?
