Need help not feeling guilty about declining a job offer

I have two job interviews coming up, ones a job I know well, and the other I don’t know too well but it’ll help me get my experience up, and whatever one I pick I’m gonna have to decline the other one. I’m not sure how to do this or what to say, plus I feel guilty
