Really need peoples opinions on how to deal/hanlse this one. I work in a warehouse, and ive been working incredibly hard lately. I use heavy machinery,HiLO, sideloader fork lift, over head crane ETC. Ive been at the company for about a year, I like to take my work seriously, and work hard at it. Since coming to the job Ive learned how to handle all material with he above mentioned machinery, and i Also do a damn good job at it. What im feeling from my supervisor is a little unprofessional/passive aggressive behavior. When i accomplish something that is “hard”/difficult to do, something dumb is said to me. Never a compliment, EVER. When i am 100 percent serious about the days work, like i was today, I get shit for it. The guy trys to make me feel dumb for knowing how to do my job. The “extra” things that I do, no one does, but a supervisor. The funny thing is that the “extra” work was brought on me due to the fact that my partner just complained when he was asked to do it, months ago. So now he doesn't have to do it, so it falls on me. When i do it, i get passive aggressive bull shit. It sucks, and makes me feel very uncomfortable. I am sick of being spoken at like i'm a child, due to me be enthusiastic about my work. I feel that the person who complains, comes in late, is always in a bad mood, has temper tantrums, and legit starts arguing with management when they are asked to do something, is almost rewarded in a way by not having to do anything extra. Here i am, coming in early, staying late, doing extra, just to hear passive aggressive comments from an insecure supervisor. Any thoughts on how tp go about this?
