Again it's regarding my first post “Event associate”. I've already burned the bridge on my previous warehousing job by doing a no-call no-show, so my backup is gone, and I'm stuck with a 50+ mile drive every day to go to the “Event.” Now I was planning to stick with this shit for 2 weeks, get my pay then bounce, but just thinking of the damage this is going to do to my car his worrying, to say the least.
I skimmed out yesterday after making a well-crafted excuse, should I just call this a flop, as I got shafted and bamboozled this badly, take my loss, and keep on looking for a new job. As I can't bloody deal with this type of bait and switch.
I will just say, it should be illegal for indeed or other Jobsite to advertise false pay. $15-$25 per hour and they reassure you that is what they pay, ask you to put in your two weeks' notice for your current job, and then on the first day or “Final Interview pull n “Oh, it is actually $10hr stupid“.
