Hey everyone! So recently at my company many people are being underpaid and overworked. Yes I know it's a cliche at this point but nevertheless we have organized with other members of this company and have decided to strike if our demands are not met. We have cameras in our place of work and need some ideas of what to put on the signs. We need better pay, better working conditions, and a union. Our current pay is 13.50 and with the cost of everything it's not working for anyone. They have given bonuses of 100 dollars but obviously that's nothing. People have kids, homes, and basic human needs. I don't want to get into specifics about the company but the turnover rate is very high and its in the behavioral health field. Edit- I was typing really fast and didn't explain the signs, we are placing signs infront of the camera's field of view so that they will be visible 24/7 every week a different message.
