Need support

I work at a shitty psych hospital and have been having nightmares about my patients and a big increase in anxiety due to understaffing. I'm starting to call off more (for my mental health) and am starting to put applications in for other places. I just want to be reassured that I'm not a piece of shit or lazy for quitting yet another job 🙁
