Need Your Help/Advice

Hi, 1st time posting but long time reader and up voter of Antiwork. Here's my dilemma. Worked for a consulting company for approximately 10 months putting in 60-80+ hours a week while being salary. My daughter almost died in hospital and used PTO for the first time while being employed but let my manager know. “hey I've got two terminally ill kids this could be a short or long hospital stay so don't know” Boss super supportive, tells me take PTO (it's unlimited, so it says). My daughter's home from the hospital 22 days later and I'm working the next day. That Friday I'm terminated for “not meeting the requirements of my job” although the role I was hired for doesn't have a job description and up until this point I had 0 PEP, 0 verbal and or 0 written warnings. My dilemma, is, I haven't received my 2 weeks…

My dilemma, is, I haven't received my 2 weeks severance pay and 6 days away from when the severance agreement says, “no later than 30 days from termination” what should I do when they dick me on 2 weeks severance pay?
