Need your suggestions please

I have been working in academia for the past 8 years as an Assistant Professor. The pay is minimal, we have 6 days of classes and plus a lot of administrative work. I have a one year old child and I am unable to spend enough time with him because of the nature of my work.

My students are the only factor preventing me from quitting immediately.

I have recently received four offers from private organizations. They are offering a minimum of 40% hike in pay, unlimited PTOs and insurance benefits.

I am feeling guilty to quit, primarily because I'll definitely miss my students and the interactions I have with them. However, staying in my current job will definitely result in burn out, the signs of which I am already experiencing. I need your help in deciding whether to quit my current job or to find ways to make my work more bearable
