I’ve been working via an agency for a workshop that creates entire toilets and washrooms for schools, hospitals, surgery rooms etc. The workshopitself requires me to operate extremely expensive machines and several hands on jobs creating frames with tools. It’s 25k per year and a 50 hr work week. How should I go about negotiating the fact that’s basically minimum wage. Overtime is £17.50 per an hour but that only begins after the initial 50 hrs are done.
