I really don't even want this job but I need to do something productive while I wait. I'm about to work an absolute shit job on 3rd shift in a factory. Pay is way lower than it should be. An old coworker works there though and said they give alot of bonuses. First of all cut this shit and just pay workers what they would have made with the bonus gaurentee they will work harder. Second of all some of the interviewer and my friend both said bonuses are provided for things like swapping out a damaged pallet or re wrapping a pallet. These are basic ass shit that get dinged up in transit im not going to blame the guy who loaded it in Kentucky for something that happened in another state. Basically they make it sound like you're getting a bonus but you're telling on a coworker and getting them in trouble for a 4 dollar bonus for some shit you should already be doing anyway.
