I run a small bakery in a small village from my home. Just me at the moment, selling breads and pastries. I order flour and other ingredients and get it delivered. I usually give the delivery person some bread for helping me unload, the bakery is in the basement and is a real hassle to do alone. This day I am waiting on deliveries and it's a bit late, but it is no issue.
Finally it arrives and it's a new driver, young girl. I explain that she needs to back the truck to the side of the building. She gets a little bit apprehensive saying that she isn't good backing up. We move my sign out of the way and she backs up just fine.
After we unload and I give her some bread she was happy saying this was the highlight of her day. I say that a lot of the other drivers are stressed and doesn't really want to help unload. She explains that she hasn't had any real training and is just going to take it easy. Love it! I send of some crates with her that ingredients come in, you pay like $5 when you get the crate and get it back when you return it. I saw later on the next invoice, I sent 5 back and she put in 57. Looks like they haven't noticed
