New hobby for people who are gainfully employed.

My new favorite hobby is to fill out detailed application in my area that I am over suited for. I will set up and go to the interview on the pretext of finding out what they are actually paying, if they live up to what it says in the listing, and if they fall under any work violations in my area. About 60% of what they had in the listing was not true or writen in a misguided way. Which is criminal. Moral of the story of this “great resignation” is that you have to come in swinging. I dont expect people to do this, but i ask others who have the time and are happy with thier current work situation to do the same. Nothing will change if we do not change it.
