While my current employer said to me that they would decrease my salary about 40% and make it performance related, I searched for a position at one of our partners and just got it. 20% increase in base salary, bonuses and health insurance on top. Best of all is I will now be the one dealing with my old company. So satisfying, just wanted to let y’all know. I was encouraged by all the comments and posts here not to take any shit from your employer.
