I didn’t get a photo but at my new jobs orientation I had to sign a document that said I wouldn’t discuss pay with any coworkers and if I did, I would receive disciplinary action. I know that’s one of many huge red flags I’ve noticed, but I’m desperate for a job. Isn’t that illegal? Should I report it?
