Company passing a new policy that requires…

· When using social media in a personal capacity do not:

o Use statements, photographs, video or audio that reasonably could be viewed as defamatory, threatening, intimidating, libelous, or that might constitute illegal harassment or bullying or violating [company] policy.

o Make statements that that could contribute to a hostile work environment on the basis of race, national origin, sex, veteran status, disability, religion or any other status protected by law or [company] policy.

o Use social media to invade anyone’s privacy (“doxxing”).  This includes the disclosure of addresses or other personal or private information about other people.

o Disclose non-public and/or confidential information about the [company].

o Advocate for positions or associations diametrically opposed to the [company]’s mission (e.g. Right-to-Work, Project Veritas).

Is this a violation of the first amendment? It doesn't appear to violate labor laws beyond any limitation that would prohibit bashing the company itself publicly.
