i dont even know if this is the right sub i love my job (i work with dogs) but lately i feel like i need a new start/break/whatever and it's starting to wear on me and then my boss offered me a new position (more work) but did not offer better pay. it's not even the field i would ever consider and i just want to leave but they've been so helpful and kind to me i would feel awful
