Our boss sent a message on a group chat with everyone that works in company.
The message was: New rule “for 17:00h crew” (that's me and few colleagues that clock out at 17:00-17:03) from now on you will be at your desk at exactly 09:00 – or 09:03 the latest. If You are going to come later than that You are obliged to inform the manager of your sector that you are being late and state why so. The worst part being that the same manager comes sometimes at 10 sometimes at 11 and stays till 17:30 just so it can be said that she has stayed overtime.
And they are aware that finding parking spot is really hard since we do not have private parking and it's really saturated area with lack of parking spots where i have to usually circle around block few times and hope that somebody left their spot. During the winter or when it rains its' almost mission impossible, I have to park 10 minutes away from the building.
So now I have to come 30-40 minutes before my shift starts just to be sure that i will make it on time.
