New Starting pay makes me want to quit.

I’ve been working at this company for over a year and I started at $15/hr and have gotten several raises since then. I got a couple of 50 cent raises and changed my shift times to be worse for me, but to get even higher pay. Then I was making about $19/hr. (Great for them honestly) The boss is pretty cheap with everything so it’s hard to get any substantial raises out of him and so I don’t even want to bother with asking him. I feel like quitting b/c of this whole new starting pay thing. It’s just bullshit that I’ve gotten several raises and got promoted, but I’m making the same as someone just starting right now.
