I am currently employed, exempt salary, by an Asian owned company, who apparently has made it their goal to break every law possible as well as every code/regulation, most prominently safety. I was passed on a management position based on race(nonasian) I say this because they have systematically removed all management over the last 2 years in every department by either forced resignation or firing, and never posted any internal or external openings, they have fired multiple workers by any means who have been injured, it is well known if you are injured or “rock the boat” you are terminated, there are currently multiple DOL investigations and after each one they go on a “witch hunt” and fire anyone they suspect may have made a report, they hire illegal contractors (not licensed) to preform illegal work ( no permit, no engineering documentation, no regard for safety) such as cutting out…

I was passed on a management position based on race(nonasian) I say this because they have systematically removed all management over the last 2 years in every department by either forced resignation or firing, and never posted any internal or external openings, they have fired multiple workers by any means who have been injured, it is well known if you are injured or “rock the boat” you are terminated, there are currently multiple DOL investigations and after each one they go on a “witch hunt” and fire anyone they suspect may have made a report, they hire illegal contractors (not licensed) to preform illegal work ( no permit, no engineering documentation, no regard for safety) such as cutting out structural steel, erecting structures attached to the building(thus increasing Sq ft of “fire load”) modification of fire systems unlicensed, repair of fire systems unlicensed, exposure of toxic chemicals without training or protective equipment, expecting “forcing” work from heights (6-20ft) with no fall protection or training, electrical maintenance as well as installation without any training or any protective equipment, including “hot work” exposure to moving parts, exposure to equipment with no safety stop ie walk into an area and you more than likely will be dead or in a wheelchair. No protective equipment required on the production floor even around sharp objects such as cutting blades, ppe is not provided, if it is it is not rated by any recognized organization. There is blatant discrimination across the board, age, sex, and race most prominently. I myself have become a victim of a workplace injury, I'm currently waiting to see a specialist, I have been forced to work for the entirety, where as others with less serious injuries have been told to not work, I have been instructed repeatedly to violate my doctors orders, in writing, I have been denied “privileges” such as “parking in the back” in writing, whenever everyone else in the department is allowed it except my shift, it has been made known to HR and EHS(safety)..I can't park 30ft from my office as a supervisor but an entry level employee in good health can….any suggestions on a lawfirm lol…guess I just needed to rant
