I use to work 30 hours a week but now I’m only working 15 hours. It sucks. I worked my ass off to show that I’m a good worker and deserve the hours. But nope, I get less hours. My manager is always saying “ I’m cutting peoples hours because we aren’t making enough money”, yet she’s trying to hire more people and puts too much people on schedule. Doesn’t make sense to me. Yesterday I was told to leave early because of this excuse. I wasn’t even done with my work. When I was clocking out I saw someone doing MY JOB. I could’ve actually got my hours that day if I were to just continue doing my work instead of the people who were just standing around doing it. Why was I sent home when I actually had work to do still? Rather than the people doing nothing? It’s just so frustrating because I need the hours. I’m sick of this shitty job with shitty management and shitty hours
