No raise for Girlfriend.

First I would like to say I'm terrible at writing and spelling, sorry. A little background. We live on the east coast of Canada. She works for a big corporation that is across Canada. For the past 5 years she has had little to no boss. No problems at work at all. No raise in the past 5 years. Let's say the job is a sales rep. Sales up 10-20% every year. 10 years at the job. Recently they have brought in a new boss for the sales department. Boss has no experience in this field of sales. Boss is never in the office. So my GF has to train the boss on everything. Boss is getting super snappy and yelling at GF. I told GF to start recording everything so we have a lot of examples of this. Last week GF got fed up and asked for a raise…

Boss is getting super snappy and yelling at GF. I told GF to start recording everything so we have a lot of examples of this. Last week GF got fed up and asked for a raise of 20%. Yesterday they had a meeting with HR. HR says no to raise and says that GF is to gosspy, unprofessional, unorganized and so on with no examples or proof.

We don't really know what to do now. GF is contemplating just letting the shit hit the fan and sending all the shitty things boss has said to HR. But we all know HR is there to protect the company and not the employees. There's lots more to this but I'll just leave it at that. Any advice would be appreciated.
