No salary disclosure . Why!???

I have had a phone screen and an hour zoom interview and still no mention of salary . I’m so annoyed and then they want reports to be emailed to them too. What a waste of time. Why is salary not told in the second interview at least??? Must be shit pay?? What is the reasoning !??
