Norfolk southern

I work for the railroad for Norfolk southern. I have worked there for over 10 years. We have been out of contract for 3 years and the company refuses to give us a contract or any cost of living raises. In the last week they announced that they will be paying new hires (trainees) 2000$ per two weeks with a 300$ a two week availability bonus every two weeks.. plus over time.. so that is 2300$ plus overtime every two weeks … when they mark up to be a fully qualified conductor they will only get 80% of full pay which for them will be about 1700$ every two week on the extra list. I have been there for over 10 years so I am at 100% of pay .. which is 2358$ every two weeks (I barely ever make over this amount) Which means someone that I will be…

Stay away from this company they are horrible to their employees and are only trying to get them in the door and hope that they are afraid to leave
