Not even going in on first day

Tomorrow supposed to be my first day of a new job and I’m not even showing up the entire hiring process has been nonstop red flags. I applied for a full-time position and every time I spoke with the manager the amount of hours I was going to get with decrease. I don’t know if this is normal for jobs but I did all of my on boarding paperwork and orientation unpaid. I found out that even with eight hour shifts the company does not entitle me to take any break but they would be nice enough to allow me one if I asked. I saw the schedule with all the other employees on it I noticed most employees got 5 to 15 hours a week. I received my schedule it was already going against my availability. If this is how they’re going to treat me at first when they’re still trying to impress me to stay at the job I don’t even wanna know what it’s gonna be like later down the line.
When I applied to this job I got a call back within the hour and an interview the very next morning I found out that they’re trying to fill in spots because over 10 employees I’m leaving in the next two weeks and I think we all know what that means
