I recently got this detailing job where I have to clean cars and get them out by a specified time. And sometimes the times that they want them out intereferes with when I take my lunch (around 1pm to 2pm). So there have been multiple times where I don't take lunch because I'll have to push out like 3-4 cars by myself all by the end of the day and I wont take lunch. I didn't mind doing that at first because I thought that I would have been getting paid for not taking lunch. But I was going over my last few paystubs and I realized that instead paying me the full 9-10 hours I worked, they'd only pay me for 8. Im not sure if this is a fault from my end or the companies but what should I do regarding my short hours?
