So I work at Sitel in Canada. We've been making the same rate (17$ an hour) for almost 2 years now without a raise. There was just a contract negotiation with our client, and I have a feeling a raise wasn't included in this. We're all work from home, and the only tool we have at staying in touch is Slack, which is provided by the client. We have email systems, but I'd have no way of getting everyone's email. How feasible is it to try and start either a strike or a union here.
