Why the fuck would I want to record video responses to interview questions for an AI software to review and determine if I should get a real interview. It seems like a one sided process that only benefits the company because the candidate waste an hour of their time and can’t even ask about the role, company, or get a sense of the culture.
This is the first time I have gotten a request to do this and just found it to be dehumanizing and disrespectful of the effort and time people put into applying for a job.
