My ops leader wanted to talk on my day off. I asked if I was going to be compensated for this talk, he said no.
Told him that I was unavailable on my days off. He asked why is was unable to set aside some time on my days off.
I told him unless I was going to be compensated for this talk, I’m unavailable. Verbatim “I dont talk shop on my days off.”
He asked what days I worked so he could set up a meeting to which I told him your the ops leader you have access to the scheduling.
It’s been two weeks and have not heard a peep.
