On Secession

Hey everybody I wrote this and thought it belonged here. TLDR: Just scroll to the last paragraph and you'll miss my rant. So next year I turn thirty and I have been thinking a lot about the past and the future. I remember 9/11 and how everything changed after that. I remember 2008 when the bankers broke the system, though I don’t remember anyone going to jail for that one though. I remember my generation’s war, a war we were told was important. I remember ‘two weeks to slow the curve’ and the panic that ensued afterwards. I remember masks, uncertainty, isolation, and shortages. I remember the good years and the bad, the years of plenty and the years of want. Now what I see is their Great Reset. I don’t see what’s so great about it.

They say all of us will “own nothing and be happy”. Well, they got half of it right. I own nothing. None of us do. The stats are appalling and these elites actually have the gall to tell us to consume less. When we were stuck at home, they were still traveling the world and dining in the fanciest of restaurants and every time I saw one of those stories come to light, I always remember seeing the same thing in the pictures. The staff were wearing masks.

We have accepted this status quo for too long. The time has come to demand more. Many years ago, in Rome all of the poor people could not pay for their debts and the powers that be at the time rejected the very idea of debt relief. They were invaded by a foreign enemy and when the elites called for soldiers no one showed up. So, the elites promised to fix the debt situation just after the war they needed to show a united front or they all would die. Then us poor did what we always do we soldier on and get the task done and when they came home victorious what happened to the debts? Nothing.

The poor then did the only thing they could do. They left. Several times throughout Roman history the poor vacated the city to a nearby location. What we would classify as a general strike but where everyone leaves until their demands are met. Each time they came back to the city with varying degrees of success.

What I propose is that we create our own nation from the ground up. To begin with we will be a cloud-based members club but with the plan of creating our own artificial island. We defeat their New World Order by ignoring it.
