I am on sick leave for4 months now. Fully paid. Calls from my work in this time: 0 Emails from my direct superior: 2 Emails from the boss of my department: 0 No one even asked whats wrong or when / if I come back. This feels so weird. And makes you feel important… in a very understaffed work enviorment What started out as a “I will now sort out my health problems” after an altercation with my boss turned into “let's see if I ever come back”. Doing this job for 21 years now.
