Less than two months ago, the company that posted this exploited a loophole that allowed them to drop a veteran / college student who was on an employee's insurance plan. No notice was given, resulting the the vet being uninsured. When the employee (parent of the vet) reached out to HR about what was assumed to be a mistake, the company hired consultants to protect them.
