Open availability but only schedules me evenings

I started at Aldi full-time a few months ago and it was going really well at first but I just hate it now. They were adamant about having open availability which I gave them. The last 2 months they’ve only really scheduled me late shifts so like 1pm-9pm. I wouldn’t mind that shift if I had a mixture of early shifts and some mids. Then managers are annoyed that i’m not moving quick enough, but I find it difficult to get quick with it when they never give me the chance. One day last week I had a really bad migraine yet I still came into work. I informed the MOD how I was feeling which they didn’t seem to care. A few hours later I still wasn’t feeling better and asked if i’d be able to leave a little early that night and they said, “That depends on what we get done and when.” I didn’t end up getting to leave early even though it was a slow and night, and they just kept giving us random unnecessary tasks that kept us there longer. Love how management puts work above an employee’s health.
