Employers providing benefits like health insurance, retirement benefits, etc. i.e. other than salary is not to entice good workers but to make you slave! IMO, those benefits should never be tied to employment. Health insurance should be universal or left to free market! Retirement funds are big scam benefiting financial industries rather than individual.
