Opinions on looking for different employment because of management?

This weekend my family spent time together for mother's day. When the item of work was brought up I told them I have an interview in the near future. Safe to say they were a bit surprised as I actually do enjoy the work I do itself + I have a decent salary. I shared that I was looking for different employment due to management. Company is set up a bit strangely but basically I have 3 people I directly report to. One of them is fine, no issues at all with this person. The other 2 I have problems with, for different reasons (reasons not provided as I hope to stay anonymous). My family determined I was crazy to quit over such a trivial thing as management.

I told them I disagreed since I have to face management every day for a number of things. Why would I not quit if it's a daily part of my work that gives me dissatisfaction about my job? They pointed out management is frequently not great. That I could leave now because of disagreements with management but that that would not necessarily solve anything as the new place may be no different. I told them I agreed with this, but from the way I speak with people indicates that it would be more of the situation with one of the managers than the other. Though I have issues with both, it's mostly the other one that makes me want to quit. I veeeery rarely hear people with similar complaints about management as my complaint with 'other'. I don't necessarily expect to be faced with this situation immediately again.

But since this sub probably has some experience with various situations, I thought I'd pose the question here. What is your opinion/advice on looking for a different job due to management? Would you have advice to determine the management style during a job interview? Any advice/opinions on this subject?
