Downing a bit of a rant here so ignore if you wish but just got done having to explain my call log to my boss for clarification I work as a remote sales rep and they had me break down every little pause like if I was gone for 10 min like sorry some of us need to use the bathroom ir take lunch and when I ask them why this is done they say to ensure no one is slouching around on the job like our sales wouldn't reflect that… Thank you for coming to my Ted talk
