so friday the 2 managers were having a meeting with the door open and talking loud. they are talking about me and one said it’s time to let me go. the other agreed saying i don’t do enough around here. i am a shop foreman at a body shop. my roles are driving customers home and picking them up, cleaning up after the techs, driving vehicles back and forth, finding lost parts. none of those are the typical roles of a “shop foreman” but i do them anyway. I do every single thing I’m told to do. Yet “I don’t do enough around here”. 2 of the employees here show up late —every single day—. They show up high as a kite and smelling like weed. Take at least 2 breaks a day to go hotbox their car, but that isn’t an issue.
