My company overpaid everybody by an entire paycheck (taxes taken out and everything) if I had 800 as an example of my gross pay, but taxes were taken out, I only go home with about 600. They are making us pay the 800 back even though we only got paid 600 net… is there anything we can do about this? Is that legal? Shouldn't we only be entitled to pay back what was seen in our pockets?
