They said that my application wasn't going to progress because, “we don't want to hold you back. We think you'd be better suited for _____ job.” They sent me a link for a job they wanted me to reapply for which is worse than the original job. The original job came with higher pay, health insurance, a permanent position, and benefits. This one has nothing and is fixed term. What a joke…
