So I've been at my job for 7+ years. I work at an ER Vet and love the work. Most recently we have been sold to 2 corps. The most recent one has raised prices that it has become unaffordable to most people in this area. We have worked next to this empty plot off land that most employees were parking to leave the parking lot for clients. Well, my manager messed up asking Corp if we could buy the land for more parking, long story short they got into an argument because she escalates anything and now we're not allowed to park in the lot or our own lot. Alot of people, myself included, work overnight and don't trust our car on the curb or a lot that's far. Getting written up as a threat if we park there.
The other issue is overtime, if we get overtime we have to tell her and give an excuse as to why we work overtime, at an er vet, with minimal staff. For the second part I'm not staying late anymore to fix any billing or technical issues anymore starting this Monday. Usually me and the receptionist find and fix mistakes done on the shifts we're not even there, but not anymore. Is what they're doing OK? Is there anything I can do if it's not. I'm on mobile if the format is messed up.
