So I drive the city bus around my area. The job is seniority based and I'm at the bottom of the rank. Because of this I don't have much options to have my days off. Basically since we're short staffed, my supervisor will ask me if I want to work on my days off. If I say no, they will assign me meaning I have to come into work. This has happened the last 2 weeks. I'm exhausted, and I am thinking about quitting. It's effecting my mental health to where I don't feel safe operating the vehicle sometimes. I already struggle with anxiety. Can anyone relate to this?
